Frequently asked questions

1. How do I create an account?

Click “register” in the upper right corner of any page and follow the steps to “Create an Account”. Once you have created an account, simply click “sign in” on the top right of the homepage to login. If you have forgotten your account password, please click "recover password" when signing in to reset your password.

2. Can I place an order without an account?

Yes, you can. You can place an order as a guest once you reach the checkout page. Keep in mind that registering will give you access to more information about your order as well as the ability to redeem promotional codes.

3. How do I make a purchase?

Shop by browsing through our website.

Click on the relevant image to access the individual item's product page. You can then choose the quantity and color you want.

Add merchandise to your shopping cart by clicking on the “add to cart” near the desired item.

Review the items in your shopping cart. You can remove, delete or update your shopping cart by clicking on either “remove”, “delete“ or “update”.

To continue shopping click on “proceed to checkout” and follow the instructions. Please be aware that another customer can still purchase items in your shopping basket until you checkout.

4. How will I know that my order has been placed successfully?

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Once the details have been verified, your order will be accepted and the item will then be dispatched. You will receive a further email notification once your order is dispatched.

Our Customer Service team may be in contact once your order has been placed, as in some cases we may need to verify some details.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal. Additional payment methods may be added from time to time.

6. Is it safe to use my Credit Card?

The security of your details is of top priority to us. To ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure WOYOYO uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect the data you send to us over the internet. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Cybersource, a secure online payment gateway which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

7. How do I know my new item will fit?

Every item on woyoyo.com has a size guide on the product page. For a specific size query, please contact our customer service team via woyoyo.wyy@gmail.com.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide.

9. How long does it take for order processing and delivery?

For domestic orders:

All orders are processed in our warehouse located in Tbilisi, Georgia. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed.

During sales or busy periods dispatch may take an additional 2-3 working days.

We offer free shipping on all Georgia orders. From the time of order placed, it takes about 7-10 days for domestic orders to reach you.

For international orders:

All orders are processed in our warehouse located in Tbilisi, Georgia. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed.

We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. From the time of order placed, it takes about 7-14 days for International orders to reach you.

Please note that whilst we make every attempt to process and ship your order in a timely manner there are some factors that lay outside of our control such as delays in transit, customs or poor weather.

10. Am I able to track my order?

Yes, your confirmation email will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track your order.

11. What is your return and exchange policy?

You can return an item for a duration of 7 working days after receiving the parcel. Only products that are damaged or defective upon delivery may be returned to Company for a refund or exchange. WOYOYO is committed to an exceptional level of design and craftsmanship. All merchandise is inspected for quality prior to shipment;

If you find a product to be defective, please email woyoyo.wyy@gmail.com immediately—include your order number, 2-3 images and a description of the damage.

PLEASE NOTE:
No refunds will be issued for an item returned in a used condition or without the original tags, pouches and boxes.

All return conditions apply to exchanges as well.

You can exchange the damaged or defective item for the same model. Please contact us at woyoyo.wyy@gmail.com to request an exchange for the damaged item. When we receive your return, we will send the replacement to you. 

12. Can I change the address of my order?

You can contact our customer service and we will do our best to make the change you need. Keep in mind that once the order has been sent, we cannot make any changes to it.

13. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours by writing to us at woyoyo.wyy@gmail.com.

*Please note that once your order has left our facility we are unable to make any changes to your order. 

14. Do you deliver to PO boxes & Hotels?

Due to security reasons, we do not ship to hotels or P.O. boxes.

15. Will I be charged duties and taxes?

If you order products from our site for delivery outside the Georgia then they may be subject to import duties, taxes and brokerage fees which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties, taxes and fees. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please be aware that if the items shipped were returned because the recipient is not willing to pay the applicable local taxes/ import duties, the delivery address is wrong or there is no one to accept the package, we are unable to refund shipping charges, custom charges and any return charges incurred by WOYOYO. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions related to shipping to your country.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

16. What is Wishlist?

When you set up a WOYOYO account you can create a Wishlist to store and share items that you are interested in and not yet ready to purchase.

17. Do you sell Gift cards?

Yes! Our Gift cards do not expire and can be used online, which makes them the perfect gift for anyone. Gift cards are sent via email to the email provided at checkout.

18. How do I use a promotional code?

In the purchase process, when you start the Checkout, you will find: Do you have a coupon? both in the first summary step and in the third payment step.

Insert the coupon in the field and click "Apply" and it will be applied automatically.
